Wife of the late James F. Walsh. Devoted mother of Michele and her husband Maurice Morris of Abington, Maureen and her husband Geoffrey Hays of Quincy and the late James M. Walsh. Loving sister of Joseph Jordan of Dorchester and Robert Jordan of Quincy. Cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Friday at 9 AM.
Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Parish in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church at 10:00 AM.
Visiting hours Thursday 4 - 8 PM.
Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
Mary was currently working part time for Warren & Sofia Hays Co., Inc. and volunteered for Quincy Medical Center on a weekly basis for the past 7 years. Mary worked for Quincy City Hospital for 20 years, retiring in 1993. She enjoyed cooking and reading. Mary was a Gold Star Mother and made several visits with her family to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington. Most of all, Mary cherished her family and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
