Rozanne Silva, formerly Veno, 63 of Tewksbury, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Lowell General Hospital due to an unexpected heart attack. She was the wife of Richard Silva whom she married on October 6, 1984, sharing over 41 years of marriage and 47 years together.
She was born on August 29, 1962 in Dorchester, MA and was the daughter of Richard Veno of Lynn, who raised her with the help of her grandmother, the late Millie C. Veno. Rozanne attended Saugus High School, where she was actively involved in the AV Club and Choir, and graduated with the Class of 1980.
Rozanne was a natural and loving caretaker, always looking after anyone in need of a helping hand. She worked as a daycare teacher at the Jewish Community Center in Marblehead for approximately five years.
Rozanne taught cake decorating classes at Michaels in Chelmsford for over 12 years. She loved gardening, cooking, and arts and crafts. Above all else, she cherished every moment she spent with her family.
In addition to her husband, Richard Silva and her father, Richard Veno, she is survived by her three children, Casey Silva and his wife, Jess Silva, Connor Silva, and Courtney Silva and her husband, Micheal Silva. She is also survived by her aunts, Cookie Warren and Judy Hannify, both of Naples, FL.
On Sunday, December 21, 2025 all are welcome to attend her calling hours from 2 - 6 p.m. at Tewksbury Funeral Home, 1 Dewey Street, Tewksbury 978-851-2061. Entombment will take place privately.
