Kathy G. (Lycan) Toombs, 65, went to her eternal home peacefully on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Rawlins House in Pendleton surrounded by love.
She was born on July 14, 1960 in Anderson. She graduated from both Anderson High School and Ivy Tech with a degree in computer science.
She was a homemaker who loved to do so many things especially cooking. She loved her family and taking care of people. She enjoyed playing computer games and Sudoku.
She is survived by her two sons, Josh (Jody) Baker and Danny (Chailee) Dyal both of Anderson; two brothers, James (Liza) Lycan and Dale (Karen) Lycan both of Anderson; a special friend, Dana Wade-Wheatley; six grandchildren, Chelcie (Marcus Manuel) Haskett, Cheyenne (Zachary Watson) Baker, Jordan Baker, Connor Dyal, Moira Dyal, and Elisia Dyal; six great-grandchildren, Karson Haskett, Laiten Washburn, Rosie Haskett, Elias Washburn, Luna Watson, and Malik Manuel; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Velma (Gross) Lycan; a sister, Vera Lycan; and two nephews, Charlie Lycan and Mike Lycan.
There will be no visitation or services per her request.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with her funeral expenses.
