Obituary

Phillip Glen Paige, 74, of Albany, Georgia, died Friday, December 12, 2025, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Friday, December 19, 2025, at The Paulk Funeral Home in Fitzgerald with the Rev. Dusty Stoey officiating. Interment will follow in the Irwinville Cemetery, Irwinville, Georgia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Mr. Paige was born November 27, 1951, in Swainsboro, Georgia, to the late Willis Ridge and Gladys Curl Paige. He served his country honorably for 21 years in the United States Army and the National Guard. After his military service, Mr. Paige retired from DaLan Trucking, Inc. in Fitzgerald, Georgia after 17 years.

He is survived by his daughters: Terri Page of Albany and KC Paige of Swainsboro; step son, John & Tammy Chambers of Fitzgerald; granddaughter, Keeli Wells of Tifton; grandson, Logan Chambers of Fitzgerald; brothers and sisters: Ann & Johnny Fields of Swainsboro, Jerry & Becky Paige of Metter, Bonnie McMichael & niece, Pam Gordon of Eatonton, Charles Paige of Twin City, Carol & Ricky Henry of Kite, and Ronnie & Tina Paige of Grovetown; nieces and nephews: Rhonda & Terry Webb, Jeff & Kaye Rowland, Larkyn Fitzgerald, Chase Fitzgerald, Cassius Hurley, Skylynn Hurley and Usiah Fitzgerald. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nina “Bitsy” Paige.

Paulk Funeral Home, Fitzgerald, is in charge of arrangements.
