Jeffrey J. Albert, Sr., 78, passed away peacefully at Mercy Medical Center after a long illness. Born on November 6, 1947, in Bristol, CT, he was the son of the late Joseph Albert and Rita (Morneau) Albert. Jeffrey graduated from the Holyoke Trade School in 1967 and worked as a proud sheet metal worker for Union Local #63 for many years before his retirement. He was an active member of the Pascommuck Club in Easthampton, MA, and enjoyed spending time tending to his garden and cooking with the vegetables he grew. He is survived by his son Jeffrey Albert, Jr. and his fiancé Linnea Rego of Haverhill, MA; his daughter Shelly Albert of Easthampton, MA, two grandchildren, Max and Hadley Albert of NH, and many other relatives and friends. A celebration of Jeffrey Sr's life will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 1PM, at the Springfield Elks Lodge, 440 Tiffany Street, Springfield, MA.
