LOUDON --- Jeffrey “Jeff” Dean Cowan, 60, of Loudon, NH, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at home. He was a father, son, brother and friend to many.
Jeff was born on August 30, 1965, in Bethlehem, PA, the son of Ray and Karen (Myers) Cowan.
He attended Merrimack Valley High School where he graduated in 1983 and Lakes Region Community College in 1985. Jeff, who could light up a room, loved everyone that he encountered and was as loyal as you can find. He was proud of his work at Lazy Pines Mobile Home Park over the years where he was a “jack of all trades.”
Jeff had a special love for his family and all who he encountered. He had a passion for all things music and often can be found "jamming" on one of his many guitars. Jeff was proud of his musical talent and played in many bands. Jeff loved making people smile and laugh, by handing out CDs or sending funny videos. He had a sense of humor and laughed like no other. Everyone has a story about Jeff, whether it was a quick interaction or him lending a hand, which he often did from the greatness in his heart.
Jeff is survived by an “army" of loved ones; his parents, Ray and Karen Cowan; his children, Amber Cowan, of Bow, NH, Britnee Cowan, of Bow, NH, and Cristina Fostier (Aaron), of Dubuque, IA; 9 grandchildren, Connor, Arnie, Cassidy, Phineas, Casey, Chezney, Dawson, Brecken and Cayson; and siblings, Troy (Laurie) Cowan, and Jodie (Tom) Eicher.
Jeff will always hold a special place in our hearts, and his smile and laugh are one’s we won’t forget. Rock on Jeff.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
