Carroll E. (Stitt) Siverd, 88, of Clymer, PA passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025 at St. Andrew’s Village in Indiana, PA.
The daughter of Roy and Orpha (Barr) Stitt, she was born on June 14, 1937 in Grismore, Indiana Co., PA
Carroll was a Commodore High School graduate.
She wed Budd E. Siverd, Sr. and their family grew to include six children.
Some of her favorite hobbies were solving puzzles, completing crosswords and playing games. Carroll also enjoyed cooking and tending to her flower gardens, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Surviving are her six children: Budd Siverd, Jr. and wife Patty of Northern Cambria, PA; Becky Brothers and husband Roger of Cookport, PA; Beverly Siverd and husband Terry Lohr of Greensburg, PA; David Siverd of Clymer, PA; Daniel Siverd of Clymer, PA and Brad Siverd and wife Ashley of Indiana, PA; three step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
Carroll was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Budd Siverd, Sr. on March 24, 2010 and her five siblings: Minta Forsha; Margaret Sabo; James Stitt; Sarah Kelly and Mary Collins.
Family and friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the 1:00 p.m. funeral service on Monday, December 8, 2025 at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA. Pastor Jeremy Puckett will officiate. Interment will follow at the East Mahoning Cemetery in Purchase Line, PA.
Carroll’s family extends their appreciation and gratitude to the staff of St. Andrew’s Village and Concordia/IRMC Hospice for their care and compassion.
