WEST NEWBURY, MA___Shawn A. Masse, 40, of West Newbury, formerly of Naugatuck, CT., died peacefully Saturday Sept. 2 in his home.
He leaves his wife, Mary C. (McSherry) Masse, his mother, Joyce (Paskell) Breen of Naugatuck, five brothers, Dennis Masse in Indiana, Kevin Masse of Waterbury, CT., Brian Masse and Paul Masse both of Naugatuck and Scott Masse of Waterbury; two sisters, Lisa Huntley of Naugatuck and Effie Mazzacane and her husband Michael of Middlebury, CT., and nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Masse and a brother-in-law, George Huntley and his father, Marcel Masse. He was born in Poughkeepsie, NY and later lived in Middlebury and Naugatuck before coming to West Newbury.
Mr. Masse was a registered home improvement contractor owning and operating his own business, Northern Gutters, Inc. for the past seven years. He worked throughout the Essex County area.
The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday Sept. 7 at 12:00 NOON in Kelly – Brennan Funeral Home, 768 Baldwin St., Waterbury, Ct. Calling hours in the funeral home are Thursday Sept. 7 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 NOON.
