Normand C. Petrin 58 of 52 Second Ave. died August 23, at the Landmark Medical Center. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Roland Petrin and Adeline ( Goffart ) Petrin. Mr. Petrin was a painter and landscaper for many area firms for many years. Mr. Petrin was also a member of the Fairmount Post 62 in Woonsocket. He was the companion of Lisa Rosa.
Besides his companion, he is survived by a son Normand Petrin Jr. of NJ, two brothers Roland Petrin of Woonsocket, and Louis Garneau of Burrillville, and two sisters Lorraine E. Morin of Woonsocket and Theresa Therien of NY.
His funeral with a Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Ave Woonsocket at 9:00. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, North Smithfield. Please omit flowers.
