Doris L. (Caron) Harrington, 80, of New Bedford died Saturday September 2, 2006 at Sacred Heart Home. She was the wife of James M. Harrington.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Alfred J. and Alice (Curry) Caron, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
She was a communicant of Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish.
Mrs. Harrington was formerly employed by the Fairhaven Corporation until her retirement in 1985.
She was a member of the Holy Name Ladies Guild and the Catholic Order of Foresters.
Survivors include her husband; a sister Lillian Monahan; and nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
