Shirley (Daley) Bosse 83 passed away November 17th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Shirley was the youngest daughter of 6 siblings to Charles and Elizabeth Daley.
Born in Chatham April 5th, 1942, before moving to Boston where Shirley became a lifelong resident.
Shirley leaves behind her children, Edward and wife Nicole Carroll, James Carroll and his companion Kathy Abilheira, Joseph Carroll, Tracey Carroll, Charles Carroll and Fiancé Kelly Rogers, Michael Carroll, Tricia and husband Robert McCambly.
Shirley was the loving Nana of 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, Shirley also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
Shirley enjoyed getting dressed up, going out with friends and dancing, Shirley would never be seen outside without her hair perfect and her signature pink lipstick, she also enjoyed walks around Jamacia Pond and Castle Island, listening to music as well as spending time with her family. Later in life Shirley enjoyed bingo and crafts with her friends and staff at Elmwood Nursing Facility.
Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her family as the spark of the room, a person whose laughter and energy could turn an ordinary moment into something unforgettable. Shirley truly was the life of the party.
