Stephen L. Gibbs, of Lincoln, RI, passed away on November 15, 2025, 5 days before his 68th birthday.
Stephen graduated with the class of 1976 from Lincoln High School. He spent several summers bartending at Ballards on Block Island. He then worked for 30 years in the elevator industry.
Steve was a man with a heart of gold-kind, loyal and generous to everyone who knew him. The only thing that Steve loved more than baseball, basketball, and golf (he made a hole in one!!) were his 6 boys. He is survived by Patrick, Andrew, Sean, Matthew, David and Daniel. He is also survived by his 3 sisters, Lauri, Nancy and Jeni, 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews that absolutely adored him.
Steve's legacy is one of love, strength and kindness. He was the best. A Celebration of Life will be held on December 6, 2025, 12-3 at Bogey's-Fairlawn Golf Club, 3 Sherman Avenue, Lincoln.
