Francis Paul “Frank” Santino, Jr., age 76, died suddenly in Florida on Sunday, September 21st, at Osceola Regional Hospital in Kissimmee. Born and raised in Medford, he was the son of the late Francis P. and Antoinette (Evangelista) Santino. Frank was employed in the retail field before working in construction with his father. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and spending time with his family. Frank was the director at a local food bank for 7 years. He moved to St. Cloud, Florida, in 2001.
Frank was the beloved husband of Marguerite (Dyson) Santino and the late Linda (Cogan) Santino. He was the devoted father of Anthony Santino and his wife Angie, and Marc Santino and his wife Cristina. Frank was the loving grandfather of Kaitlynn Weiss and her husband Sean, Hannah Santino and Alyssa Santino. He was the great grandfather of Sara Weiss, and dear brother of the late David Santino.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, November 25th, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, followed by a Memorial Mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. As an expression of sympathy, contributions may be made in Frank's name to your local food pantry.
