WALES_____Cristian L. Nolan, 50, of Wales passed away on November 12th, 2025 in Hartford Hospital, Hartford, Ct. He succumbed to injuries received from a tragic automobile accident in Somers, CT. He passed peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones.
Cristian is survived by his wife, Sonia (Healy) Nolan. Cristian and Sonia have been married for 21 years and first met when Sonia was 15. Cristian also leaves a son, Anthony Trapasso, a daughter, Adalyse Nolan, three brothers, James W. Nolan, Jr., Sean Nolan, and Peter Nolan, two sisters, Bridget Ann Ramos and Heather Germain, many nieces and nephews, his sister-in-laws, whom he was very close to, Amanda Thompson and Elizabeth Spencer. Cristian was received by his parents, his sister, Wendy Nolan, his brother-in-law, Lucas Ramos, a sister-in-law, Ronda Healy, and a brother-in-law, Stephen Healy, Jr., as well as his mother and father-in-law. Cristian was born and raised in Worcester, MA, son of Marie C. (West) Nolan and James W. Nolan, Sr, and has lived in Wales for 19 years.
Cristian was an over-the-road driver with FedEx Freight for 14 years and was still working at the time of his death. Cristian began his driving career as a pizza delivery driver at the age of 16. He spent 5 years with Conway as a truck driver before joining the FedEx family.
Cristian loved being a Dad and being the "Rock" of his family. It was easy to see how much he loved his wife, his best friend. He took pride in being a husband. He truly enjoyed driving truck, riding his motorcycle, and his newest hobby of repairing cars. He called the family boasting of his new ‘profession’.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM in DIRSA - MORIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 298 Grafton St, Worcester. Burial will follow in Wales (#4) Cemetery, Wales.
