GILFORD ---- Sandra Consuelo Montufar Estrada Hoban, 45, of Hazelnut Road, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
Sandra was born on February 6, 1980, in Guatemala, the daughter of Vicente Montufar and Odilia (Estrada) Esperanza.
She enjoyed nature, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Sandra is survived by her beloved husband Patrick Hoban, sons Christopher Hoban and Genderson Munoz, daughters, Yamiliex Montufar, Mariana Hoban, Lindsey Walker and Courtney Hoban, one grandchild Laine Walker, brothers, Joel Montufar, Mincho Montufar and Romeo Montufar, sister Noeme Montufar and her father Vicente. She was predeceased by her mother Odilia.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 11:00am, at the First Baptist Church, 89 Main Street and High Street, Meredith, NH 03253.
