Velazquez, Natasha L. Velazquez and Amber E. Velazquez. Grandfather of Ilyanis Pineda, Dequan E. Ellis, Myalis Ortiz, Analya Ortiz and Isabella Velazquez. Visiting hours at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA station) Jamaica Plain on Monday November 17 from 5-8 PM. His family will gather again at the funeral home on Tuesday November 18 from 10 am until 11 am before leaving in procession for Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park.
