Obituary

Lillian C. Bouvier, 85, of Woonsocket died peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday November 5, 2025 at The Holiday in Manville. She was the loving wife of the late Robert D. Bouvier. They were married on May 20, 1961 at Precious Blood Church and shared almost 50 years together until his passing in June of 2010.
Born and raised in Woonsocket she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Emma (Bergeron) Ethier She was the lifelong resident of the city.
Lillian worked at Electronic Molding Company and Hasbro Corp. She was later employed at AT Cross in Lincoln for many years before retiring.
Lillian enjoyed going bowling and watching movies. She treasured time spent dining out with family and friends. Underneath Lillian’s quiet manner lay a keen card shark as she could play a hand of cards with the best of them and keep her “poker face” with no problem at all!
Lillian will be remembered as a loving mother. Her family was the center of her life.
Lillian is survived by her two sons Donald R. Bouvier and Albert L. Bouvier both of Woonsocket. She was the sister of the late Therese Ethier, Pauline Harnois, Annette Paquette and Jacqueline Ethier. Lillian is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families.
Her funeral service will be Friday November 21st at 11:00 am at Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket. Lillian will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. Visiting hours are Friday morning November 21st from 9:00-11:00 am prior to the service.
