Mark Charles Henderson, a longtime resident of Andover, passed away at Lawrence General Hospital on Sunday evening, November 2, 2025. He was 64 years old.
Born in Berwyn, Illinois, he was the beloved son of the late Alan C. and Mildred F. (Vokurka) Henderson. Mark was a graduate of the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He was an experienced engineer and was employed as a Project Manager by Insight Global through NextEra. Mark loved spending time with his son, Josh, playing pinball and visiting arcades. He also loved to travel and go hiking, especially to Mount Washington. He was a proud father and a loyal friend. Mark will be dearly missed.
Mark is survived by his loving son; Joshua M. Henderson of Plainfield, Illinois, and his ex-wife and friend Peggy Henderson.
Funeral services will be privately held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home of Andover.
