Dennis J. Paull, age 60
Passed away peacefully at home on November 4, 2025, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Loving son of the late Henry and Marion Paull. Beloved father of Alicia Paull and proud grandfather of Ayla Paull of Quincy. Cherished brother of Edward “Pope” Paull and the late Ruth Paull, his beautiful sister Dianne Paull of South Boston, Buddy Paull of Jacksonville, FL, Gerard Paul and his wife Nancy of Milton, and the late Richard and Stephen Paull. Adored uncle to many nieces and nephews, especially Paul, Morgan, Christopher, and Leigha of Weymouth. He also leaves behind his dear friend, Paul Brundige of Quincy.
Dennis was a retired custodian for the Boston School Department. He was an avid Bruins fan and was rarely seen without his Bruins gear on. He loved his scratch tickets, Mountain Dew, and of course to TALK. Dennis was truly one of a kind, he was funny with a big heart and was a friend to everyone he met. His presence brought laughter to every room, and his memory will be cherished and deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
There are no words to express our gratitude to the boys of “B + 4th St.” for all the love and support they gave Dennis and our family these last few months. They lifted his spirits with every visit and brought so much laughter that they were even asked to leave the hospice facility for having too much fun.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours at The Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street, South Boston, Saturday Nov 8 from 9:00-10:30a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Gate of Heaven Church, South Boston at 11:00a.m. Interment services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dennis’s memory to the South Boston Boys and Girls Club.
