BERARDI Maria N. (Cieri) Longtime resident of Jamaica Plain, formerly of Brittoli, Italy, passed away on October 28, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Berardi. Devoted mother of Luciano Berardi and his wife Phyllis of Westwood, Mario Berardi and his wife Helen of Randolph, Antonio Berardi and his wife Gail of FL., John Berardi and his wife Kathy of Roslindale, the late Gabriel Berardi and his surviving wife Irma of Canton, and the late Enrico Berardi. Loving Nonna of Annamaria, Rosanna, Luciano, Luciano, Gabriel, David, Stacey, Hilary, Kristina, Ashley, Ryan, Kaitlin, Sarah, and Emily. Great Nonna to 22 and great-great Nonna to 8. Maria was predeceased by her cherished seven siblings. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Maria was renowned in her family for her Christmas dinner and her famous chicken cutlets.
Visiting hours will be held at the P.E. Murray - F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Sunday, November 2nd from 1-4pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Monday, November 3rd at 10am, followed by a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, Roslindale at 11am. Interment St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.
