BELMONT----Frederic William Hall, 73, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at his home after a period of declining health.
Born May 1, 1952 in Norwood, MA, he was the son of William and Frances (Golding) Hall.
Fred was raised in Sharon, MA and graduated from high school there. He settled in Norfolk with his wife June (Burke) and together they raised two children Daniel and Kimberly.
Known as an incredible, pure and genuinely, the most honest man, Fred built his business, Fred Hall Carpentry to reflect his work ethic. If it is worth doing, you should do it right and put your name on it. He took such pride in his work and his family and teaching his son and son in law art of carpentry. In 2005, he moved the family and business to Belmont. He loved time with his family, enjoying and sharing his love of classic rock music with “family music night”. He enjoyed the simple things like jet-ski rides and a beautiful day on the lake with his wife. Fred was the best “Grampy” anyone could ever ask for. His smile was brightest with his grandson on his lap. In his final days he did everything he could to make sure his wife would be taken care of and surrounded by family. She was his best friend, and soul mate.
He leaves his beloved wife June (Burke) Hall, children Daniel (Jessica) Hall of Fitchburg and Kimberly (Nick) Ross of Belmont. His pride and joy, grandchildren Noah Ross, Aaron and Ryan Bounville. His uncle Robert (Mary) Hall and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Cynthia Rhodes.
