Shrewsbury — Joyce A. Whittle, 70, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025.
She is survived by her son, Brian J. Bianchi and his wife, Christina; her grandson, Jason Bianchi, all of Dudley; her sister, Janice Combs; her brother, Ron Whittle and his wife, Judy; several nieces and nephews; and her former brother-in-law, Robert Combs.
She was predeceased by her son, Nathan S. Grossi, who passed in 2018. Joyce was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Arthur and Marjorie (Miller) Whittle.
Joyce worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant at EMC Corp before retiring.
She loved attending concerts and spending time with friends and family. Joyce enjoyed playing golf and often organized “night golf” outings for her EMC colleagues. She also loved being by the ocean, affectionately calling herself a “beach baby.” Joyce took great pride in being a grandmother.
Memorial calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Dirsa-Morin Funeral Home, 298 Grafton Street.
