It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jorge Luis Davila - Arriaga, a beloved Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Friend. Born in Ciales, Puerto Rico, Jorge brought warmth, strength, and a love for life wherever he went. He passed away peacefully in Lowell, Massachusetts, surrounded by love.
Jorge was a devoted father to his three children: Jorge L. Davila Jr., Jesenia Mercado, and Eleina Camacho. He was also a proud grandfather to eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, each of whom brought him immense joy and pride.
A true enthusiast of all things automotive, Jorge found happiness in working on cars, watching races, and sharing his passion for vehicles with those around him. He was also a lifelong wrestling fan, never missing a match and always cheering on his favorite wrestlers with enthusiasm and heart.
Jorge had a deep love for boxing, often reminiscing about legendary fighters and memorable bouts. He also found great comfort and joy in music, whether it was listening to his favorite songs, singing along, or sharing tunes with family and friends.
Jorge will be remembered for his generous spirit, his love for family, and his unwavering dedication to the things he loved. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the memories he leaves behind.
He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
On Friday, October 24, 2025 all are welcome to attend his burial at 12 noon at Westlawn II Cemetery on Boston Road in Lowell.
