Obituary

SPRINGFIELD - Earline F. (Campbell) Arena, 61, of the Pine Point section of Springfield, was Called Safely Home on Friday, October 17, 2025. She passed into Eternal Life at Agawam South Rehab and Nursing in Agawam surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family. She was born in Ware on January 20, 1964, a beloved daughter of the late Earl A. and Clarita J. (Kinney) Campbell. She was raised and educated in Ware and had moved to Springfield many years ago where she lived the remainder of her life. She was employed as a healthcare worker at many local healthcare facilities in the area. During her leisure time, she enjoyed being a caregiver and also volunteered her time at local homeless shelters. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and many friends. She leaves her two loving sons, John J. Arena III and his partner, Laurie A. Papkey, and Vincent C. Arena and his partner, Erin Moody; her three cherished grandchildren, Giselle Arena, Giovanni Arena and Victoria Arena; her dear brother, Michael Campbell; her two dear sisters, Cindy Wallen and her husband, Wayne, and Jeannette Campbell; her longtime loving companion of 22 years, James Henley; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends. Her funeral services and burial will be private. There are no visiting hours. Her funeral arrangements are entrusted to the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Springfield Chapels, (413-737-1177), 7 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA 01107.
