GERALD L. McCULLOUGH OBITUARY
Gerald L. McCullough, 88, of Cookport passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family.
The son of Albert and Myrtle (Stiffler) McCullough, he was born on June 13, 1937 at home in Uniontown, PA.
He graduated in 1955 from Green Township High School.
Gerald married his wife, Velma Deyarmin on February 23, 1957. They shared sixty-eight years of marriage.
He retired from Beckwith Machinery and was owner of Baker’s Farm Equipment. He was vice president of the Green Twp. Fair and a lifetime elder of Pine Grove Church in Uniontown.
Gerald is survived by his children: Brenda (Allen) Shirley of Cookport, PA; Bonnie (Tom) Liddle of Cherry Tree, PA; Steve (Becky) McCullough of Cookport, PA and Bob (Shelly) McCullough of Cookport, PA; seventeen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Velma on October 4, 2025; his son: Gerald Martin McCullough; his grandsons: Robert Gerald McCullough and Billy Stein; his parents and his siblings: Robert (Bobby) McCullough; Vivian (Bib) Davis; Patricia (Patti) Keith and Albert McCullough.
The family extends a special thank you to 365 Hospice and Mariea (Cookie); Gege; Evie; Sherry and Bailey for taking such great care of Gerald.

In respect of Gerald’s wishes, private arrangements are with the assistance of the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA. Private interment will be at the Uniontown Cemetery in Green Twp., Indiana Co., PA.
Gerald wanted to be remembered as he was and not as he is with no tears and no flowers.
