It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, a devoted husband
and an incredibly skilled carpenter. Cang Ngoc Pham, of Medford, left us peacefully on Saturday
October 18, 2025 at the age of 64.
Born and raised in Long An, Vietnam, Cang brought with him the strength, warmth, and spirit of
his home wherever he went. At the young age of 17 years old, he journeyed alone to the United
States to start a new chapter in his life.
He found his devotion for work in carpentry and not only did he work with his hands, but with his
heart. He built homes, businesses, and most importantly — a meaningful life filled with love and
care for those around him.
He had a lifelong passion for cars, specifically BMW’s. Countless hours were spent at the dining
room table talking about his favorite models or what he was planning to do with his current
vehicle. In addition to cars, he also had a keen eye for fashion, especially watches and took
pride in dressing well.
Cang was a man who loved deeply, especially his wife of over 35 years, Thuy, his sons, Kevin,
James, and Jack, his daughter in law, Kerri, and his grandson, Oliver. His support, strength, and
loyalty were the foundation of our family.
Cang leaves behind a legacy of craftsmanship, integrity, and unconditional love that will carry on
through his family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 29, 2025 at Breslin Funeral Home,
located at 610 Pleasant Street, Malden from 4:00PM to 8:00PM.
