Patricia “Pat” Lucille Paul Ray, 87, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, October 19, 2025, at her residence.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald, with the Rev. Dusty Stoey and Lawton Lovett officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.
Mrs. Ray was born May 31, 1938, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to the late Elbert and Rosa Lee Young Paul. She loved spending time with her family and coloring and painting on her phone. Mrs. Ray was a member of Crossview Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children: Donna Hasty & Larue of Fitzgerald, Vickie Lindsey of Enigma, Chris Ray & Regina of Fitzgerald, and Tony Ray & Holly of Fitzgerald; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; siblings: Robert Paul and Betty Hall both of Fitzgerald. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Ray; her children: Wanda Lynn Graham, Kimberly Ann Ray, and Pamela Sue Gordon; siblings: Edwin & Brenda Paul, and Shirley Whitley; a son in law, David Lindsey, and a special friend, Carl Dasher.
