Above all, Santos was a proud and devoted father to his three children, including Rayne, Joi, and Aria, who were the center of his world.

In addition to his parents, Santos is survived by his siblings, Anthony Quinones and his wife, Stephanie of Lowell, Virginia Ortiz of Norwich, CT, Christina Quinones of Norwich, CT, Jennifer Ortiz of Springfield, Michael Ortiz and his wife, Chelsea of Nashua, NH, and Kathryn Ortiz and her husband of Hawaii.
