BIDDEFORD - Kelly Ann Herrick passed away surrounded by family on October 3rd, 2025, after a long battle with cancer.
Born in Portland, Maine, to Stephen and Claudia Herrick, Kelly would call Westbrook home for her childhood, attending schools there before going on to obtain her B.A. from the University of Maine at Augusta.
Kelly was creative and courageous, had a wonderful sense of humor and empathy, and was an incredibly loving mother to her sons and cats. Her presence will be forever missed by those who knew her.
Kelly is predeceased by her father, Stephen F. Herrick of Portland, and survived by 5 sons - Nicholas Herrick and his wife Eli of Bath, Nathaniel Herrick of Biddeford, Cody Poirier and his partner Chelsy of Dayton, Christian Poirier and his wife Ali of Saco, and Casey Poirier of Biddeford; her mother - Claudia Herrick of Westbrook; her sister - Sheila and her husband Leon Humiston of Westbrook, her sister - Tammy and her husband Norman Sterner of Westbrook, her brother - Stephen Herrick and his wife Kimberly of Standish, her sister - Alicia and her husband Matt Ramsey of Gray; her wonderful grandchildren - Michael, Lydia, Zoe, Olivia, Logan, Evelyn, Leila, Daniel, Leo, and Aleigha; her nieces and nephew - Ashley, Patrick, Amber, Nicolette, Kaylee, and Haillie; and her beloved cats - Finn and Beans.
A private remembrance will be held on her birthday.
