EFFINGHAM --- Mary Phoebe Velardo, 66, of Pine River Path, passed away on Friday, October 3, 2025, from leukemia at Dartmouth- Hitchcock Medical Center, in Lebanon, NH.
Mary was born on May 24, 1959, in Chelsea, MA, the daughter of the late Robert Amirault and Arlene (Muise) Amirault.
Mary will always be remembered for the huge heart she had for everyone she was in contact with. Mary is known for her love of family and friends and for her grandchildren who called her “Nana.” Mary is also known for her over the top crafting and making special gifts during the Holiday’s to decorating more than needed for Halloween. Mary will be missed by many.
Mary is survived by her ex-husband, William J Velardo Sr., and their two children, William J. Velardo Jr., and his wife Jennifer, of Effingham NH, and Jessica P. Velardo, of Nashua, NH. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Toni- Marie, Giovanna, Angileanna, Victoria and Phoebe Lee-Ann, and her great grandson Levi Rowe. Mary is also survived by many other family members.
There will be no calling hours, but a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
