Martha Mary Yencho, Peckville, died Thursday at Home. Her husband Robert died December 19, 2006, They celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary on August 6th of that year. Born in Peckville, daughter of the late John and Veronica Capak Kurilla. She was a member of St. Carlo Acutis Parish Olyphant and was a graduate of Saint Michaels Parochial school and Jessup High School. Prior to retirement, she was employed with Rite Aid for over 27 years.
Surviving are a son, Robert J. Jr., Peckville; two daughters, Barbara Santarelli, Jessup; and Patricia Hinders, Blakely; two brothers, Leo and Michael Kurilla; 11 grandchildren and ; 11 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers, John, Joe, George, and Thomas Kurilla; a sister Josephine Domonoski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Wednesday at 9:30 in St. Patrick's Church 200 Delaware Avenue, Olyphant, Pa, interment will be at the convenience of the family
