SPRINGFIELD – Kathleen M. "Kathy" (Nordle) Chrzanowski, 66, of East Springfield, was Called Safely Home on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. She passed into Eternal Life at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving husband, Stan. She was born in Manchester, New Hampshire on February 28, 1959, a beloved daughter of the late Louis F. Nordle, Sr. and Rose A. (Cassidy) Nordle. She was raised and educated in New Hampshire and settled in East Springfield in 1990 where she lived the remainder of her life. While living in New Hampshire, she was employed as a Legal Secretary Wadleigh Attorneys at Law in Manchester. She was a communicant of Mary, Mother of Hope Church in East Springfield. Kathy enjoyed reading, watching Hallmark movies, and watching game shows sometimes till the wee hours of the morning. She leaves her loving husband and best friend, Stanley J. Chrzanowski. They were married on May 26, 1990 at Saint Joseph Cathedral Chapel in Manchester, NH and they were blessed with over 35 years of happiness together. She also leaves her dear sister-in-law, Robin (Schmidt) Nordle of Belmont, NH; and her many nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her dear brother, Louis F. Nordle, Jr. who was Called Home on August 18, 2023. Her Funeral will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 beginning at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Springfield Chapels, (413-737-1177), 7 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA 01107, (funeral home will open at 9 a.m.), followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:15 a.m. at Mary, Mother of Hope Church, 840 Page Boulevard, Springfield, MA 01104. Her Committal Service will follow the Mass at 1 p.m. in the Chapel at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam, MA 01001. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to her Mass. Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Westfield Homeless Cat Project, 1124 East Mountain Road, Westfield, MA 01085.
