Obituary

Jerry Keith Frazier
July 1, 1947-September 26, 2025

It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Jerry Keith Frazier, who left this life peacefully on September 26, 2025, at the age of 78.

Born July 1, 1947, in Anderson, Indiana, Jerry was a lifelong resident of the Muncie and Yorktown area. Jerry was the youngest of Five. A 1965 graduate of Highland High School, he began studies at Ball State University before answering the call to serve. In 1966, he enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed in Korea, where he served his country with honor and dedication.

After returning home, Jerry built a respected 43-year career at Delco Remy, where his tireless work ethic and reliability earned the admiration of colleagues and friends. Never one to sit still, he was happiest tinkering in the garage, lending a hand to others, or relaxing on his front porch, chatting with neighbors who became family. He loved the outdoors, quiet moments, and the joy of holidays filled with laughter, children, and grandchildren. A favorite tradition was his birthday mayonnaise cake with pink icing, lovingly passed down from his mother.

Jerry and his beloved wife, Cindy, shared many adventures, traveling far and wide and creating memories hand in hand. Through it all, he remained a kind, humble man and a devoted provider who loved his family completely.

He is survived by his wife Cindy L. Frazier; daughters Autumn McCall (Bill) of Crown Point, IN, and Alyssa Harp (David) of Yorktown, IN; stepsons Ryan Gott (Michelle) of Lakeland, FL, and Bracken Gott (Trey) of Hawaii; twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. His brother Thomas Frazier (Rosemary) and brother-in-law Mark Zurlino also survived him.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Lucille Frazier; siblings Robert Jr., Paul, and Betty Newton; and his daughter Audra Hays.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 5-7 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.

Graveside services with Military Honors by the Yorktown American Legion will be held at 10 AM Saturday at Nelson- Richland Township Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to ARF of Muncie.
