Phyllis {Parziale} Beedle of Brooksby Village in Peabody, formerly a longtime resident of Winchester, passed away on August 16th, 2025, just one day shy of her 85th birthday.
Born in Boston, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Louis and Phyllis (DiNatale) Parziale. The family moved from East Boston to Winchester, where Phyllis graduated from Winchester High School. Phyllis started college at Wheaton College but transferred to George Washington University where she received her Bachelor’s degree. Phyllis went on to earn a Master’s in Education from Northeastern University.
For many years Phyllis worked as a realtor with Coldwell Banker where she frequently earned multi-million-dollar producer status and also taught new licensees. Active in community theater productions, Phyllis received awards in set decor. A longtime member of the Winchester Unitarian Society, she was also active in the En Ka Society and the Jenks Senior Center, both in Winchester.
An avid reader, Phyllis was a member of a few book clubs where she was appreciated for her extensive and timely research into the context of the books they were reading. No one could match Phyllis’ love for home decorating with every wall in every room a special collage of posters and paintings.
Phyllis’ ashes will be buried in her parents’ plot at the Wildwood Cemetery in Winchester by her cousin, Bob Vaccaro. Bob can be reached at [email protected] or by mail at 411 Middle St, Apt 3, Portsmouth NH 03801.
