FRASCA, Robert J. age 95, of Walpole and longtime resident of Dedham, September 23, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Theresa G. (Arcaro) Frasca. Loving father of Robert J. Frasca, Jr. and his former wife Loretta O'Shea of Dedham, Anne M. Frasca of Dedham, and Karen E. Connolly and her husband Scott of Foxboro. Loving grandfather of Robert J. Frasca, III and his wife Jillian of Franklin, Joseph D. Frasca and his wife Kelsie of Franklin, Sheala J. Frasca and her fiancé Christian Shaheen of Bellingham, Emily R. Connolly of Wellesley, and Patrick G. Connolly and Adam S. Connolly, of Foxboro. Great-grandfather of Amelia J. Frasca, Owen J. Frasca, Grace J. Frasca, Joseph D. Frasca, Jr., Elliana R. Frasca, and Bodie H. Frasca. Son of the late Ralph and Clementina (Grilli) Frasca. Brother of the late Anthony, Ralph, Jr., and Clara Frasca.
Bob was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Long time employee of the Boston Record-American and Boston Herald. He will be remembered for his love of his family, his secret recipes, and the ability to build and fix almost anything. Robert’s family would like to thank the staff at New Pond Village in Walpole and especially his long term private caregivers, Camille, Paul, Shontay, and Joyce, for their kind and compassionate care.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St, Dedham on Friday, Sept. 26 from 4-7pm. His funeral will be held from the funeral home on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10am (accessible parking in the rear of the church). Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
