Elizabeth A. “Betty” Flynn-Keisling, 91, of Greenville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 18, 2025. She was the widow of Raymond J. Flynn and George P. Keisling, Jr.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Vincent L., and Jane “Jennie” R. (SanSouci) Feeney. She had lived in Greenville since 1967.
Betty worked at North Bay Manor in Smithfield until her retirement. She also worked at New England Telephone Company and AT Cross for many years.
She is survived by her children, Diane Giambazi and her husband, Michael of North Providence, Capt. Brian Flynn (SFD), and his wife, Stephanie of Greenville, and Rosemary Mulcahey and her husband, Thomas of Smithfield. She was also the mother of the late Maureen Szczepanek, and leaves behind her son-in-law Jeffrey Szczepanek of Seekonk. She had seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. She leaves behind a sister, Margaret “Peggy” Beattie of Barrington. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Mary Collins and Evelyn Lemieux.
Her funeral will be held Thursday September 25, at 9:30 am at Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, on Rt 44 at Greenville Commons, Greenville. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be Thursday Morning, 8-9:30 am.
