Debra Lynn Evans Richardson, 65, of Tifton passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, at her residence. A memorial service will be held for Mrs. Richardson at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 11, 2025, at New Covenant Church in Moultrie.
Born May 14, 1960, in Tifton, Mrs. Richardson was the daughter of the late Buford Eugene “Gene” Evans, Sr. and Essie Goff Evans. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wylie Richardson; one daughter, Natalie Cheree Richardson; and two brothers, Buford Evans, Jr. and Gary Evans.
In her younger years, she was involved in fashion modeling, as well as being very artistic. One of her great passions was music and she especially loved Elvis Presley. Her family was very important to her, and she loved them dearly, especially her granddaughter, Naomi Richardson.
Mrs. Richardson is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Rebecca Richardson of Moultrie; one daughter, Olivia Richardson of Tifton; one sister, Joyce Lobel of Florida; and one granddaughter, Naomi Richardson.
