Born on February 18th, 1962 in Boston, MA to Jennie and George Jones. Stanley lived a full life defined by courage, resilience and devotion. Stanley joined the United States Army in 1978, where he proudly served his country and faced life's greatest challenges with strength and determination - including his remarkable triumph over cancer.
Above all else, Stanley's greatest joy and purpose in life was his family. Stanley was a loving brother and father, grandfather and great-grandfather his unwavering dedication to his love ones was the heart of everything he did.
Stanley's kindness and commitment extended beyond his home as he poured his passion into uplifting his community by being a source of strength to all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to attend viewing hour on Saturday September 27, 2025 followed by a Religious Service from 11-12 PM in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, MA. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, 355 Walk Hill Street, Roslindale, MA with full military honors.
