Tracy Renee Coelho, 48, of Lowell, passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Tufts Medical Center, surrounded by her family and loved ones.
Born in Lowell on November 5, 1976, she was the daughter of Frank Silva of Lowell and the late Linda (Cannon) Silva. Tracy grew up in Lowell and attended Lowell High School.
Tracy was the heart of every gathering, her laughter filled every room, and her energy was unforgettable. She loved dancing, music, and cooking big meals, especially around the holidays when her home was always open to anyone who needed a place to go. Tracy had a gift for making people feel welcome and loved, and to her, family wasn’t just blood, it was anyone, embraced with her warmth and generosity.
In her younger years, Tracy became well known as the “queen” of the Boston Donut chat line, where she built many lasting friendships. Throughout her life, she was a loyal friend, a mother figure to many, and a safe place for those who needed one. She touched countless lives, whether by offering a hot meal, a listening ear, or her signature sharp wit and sarcastic comebacks that could make anyone laugh.
She is survived by her daughter, Iris Perez of Lowell; her cherished grandson, Jeremiah Perez of Lowell; her brother, Jason Silva and his companion, Denise Adamowski of Lowell; her nieces and nephews, Anthony, Christina, Alan, Jalinda, and Austin; as well as many godchildren, extended family members, and good friends who loved her dearly.
Tracy will be remembered as a beautiful soul whose love, loyalty, and laughter left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
