Obituary

Todd Andrew Libman, a resident of Lynnfield died after a long illness on August 26, 2006 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, surrounded by his loving family. He was 33 years old.

Born in Everett on November 13, 1972, the son of Stephen and Donna (Russo) Libman, Todd spent his early years in Chelsea before moving with his parents and sister, Stacey Libman of Stoneham to Lynnfield. He attended the Lynnfield School System, graduating from Lynnfield High School in 1990. After high school he attended Salem State College and began his career as a graphic designer, joining his father and grandfather in his family’s business, Alliance Glass and Sign Company of Dorchester. In 2005 Todd married the love of his life, Jaclyn (Dattoli) and together with their beloved Dalmatian “Harley” they made their home in Lynnfield. Todd’s warmth and kindness endeared him to so many friends. A motorcycle enthusiast, Todd found great enjoyment and strength in riding his Harley Davidson bike. He loved to work in his chosen field of graphic design, utilizing his computer skills to enrich his family's business, Alliance Glass and Sign Company located in Dorchester. Todd also loved cars, especially his Hummer, boating, the beach, and traveling to Las Vegas. Most off all, he loved to spend time with his wife, his family, and his multitude of friends.

In addition to his wife, parents, and sister, Todd is survived by his parents-in-law, Joseph and Debbie Dattoli of North Reading; his grandparents, Arthur and the late Cynthia Libman of Chelsea and Marie and the late Domenic Russo of Peabody; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph and Jennelle Dattoli of North Reading; his aunts and uncles, Marie and Bob Branconnier of Peabody, Marjorie and Jimmy O’Connell of Middleton, Dianne and Jeff Greene of New Hampshire, and Susan and Jim Schraub of Florida; his godchildren, Andrew Kazanjian and Ashley Kellett; and a multitude of other extended family members and friends.

Todd’s funeral service will be held in Temple Emmanuel, 60 Tudor St. Chelsea on Sunday, August 27, 2006 at 12:30 PM. Rabbi Howard Kosovske of Temple Beth Shalom of the North Shore will officiate. Burial will follow in the New Tifereth Israel of Everett Cemetery in Everett. Memorial observance will be held at the home of Stephen and Donna Libman, Lynnfield on Sunday following the funeral and on Monday from 3-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Todd’s memory may be made to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St. Danvers, MA 01923 or to Temple Emmanuel, 60 Tudor St. Chelsea, MA 02150. Arrangements entrusted to the care of the Torf Funeral Chapel of Chelsea.
