DWYER, Jo-Ann P. age 73 of Hyde Park, died after a long illness, August 10, 2025. Daughter of Barbara Dwyer and the late John L. Dwyer. Sister of the late John P. Dwyer and Michael Dwyer of East Walpole and Maureen Dwyer of Londonderry, NH. She also leaves her dear friend and caregiver Dottie Gentile of Dedham.
Jo-Ann was a graduate of Norwood High School and Boston State College. She was a biologist for many years working in different labs. She enjoyed reading, computers, politics, traveling, and cats. She was a member of the Norwood Debonnaires Band in her youth and enjoyed their reunions.
A graveside service will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Grove St, West Roxbury on Friday, August 22 at 11:00am. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
