It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry Glover, beloved brother, father, and grandfather. Larry was born on April 28, 1967, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to Paul Winston Glover and Audrey Jeanette Glover. He peacefully passed away on August 2, 2025.
Larry was a proud graduate of Cairo High School and went on to lead a fulfilling life filled with laughter and love. He had a passion for dogs and could often be found tinkering in the yard, much to the amusement of his family and friends.
He leaves behind his devoted son Ryan and daughter-in-law Karley, along with two adoring grandchildren. Larry is survived by two brothers, Gary Glover (Phyllis) and Tracey Glover and a brother from another mother, John Cooper. He has four surviving sisters Diane Irish, Cathy Glover, Sherrie Cooper, and Sandra Dee Glover. He is preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Tony, Tommy, Johnny, and Stacey and his sisters Agnes and Linda Larry's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, as he was known for his quick wit, infectious laugh, and kind heart.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the local animal shelter in Larry's honor. Farewell to our dear Larry, may you find eternal rest and plenty of dogs to play with in heaven.
Paulk Funeral Home, Fitzgerald, is in charge of arrangements.
