Paul A. Longobardi 77 of Franklin passed away on Tuesday, July 29th at Milford Regional Hospital.
Born on January 30, 1948 he was the son of Louise Arabia & Fred D. Longobardi.
He was raised in Franklin, graduated the class of 1965.
Paul was the beloved husband of Joanne (Cochrane) and devoted father to Paul Jr. and his partner Jessica, and daughter Pamela. He leaves behind his grandson & best buddy, Paul A. III (Pal) his sister Marilyn Cataldo of Wrentham & several nieces & nephews.
He was predeceased by his twin brother Peter B & older brother Fred (Freddy).
Paul served for the US Army from 1967-1969. Upon returning home he was a self employed carpenter for a few years before starting his new adventure with his twin brother Peter as owners of Medway Lumber and Home Supply for the next 46 years.
He also had a business with his son, Paul as Longobardi and Son Trucking/Contracting and built homes in Franklin.
Paul had a love for antique trucks and visits to the Cape. He enjoyed his cruise to Alaska and his many visits to Aruba.
Per Paul’s request, the service will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to one’s charity.
