Paulina Baptista Delact Evora (72) of Brockton died July 27th in the Boston Medical Center - South, Brockton. She was the loving wife of Alexandre Evora of Brockton.
She was born in Sao Filipe, Fogo, Cabo Verde, the daughter of the late Joao Mendes and Idilia Delact. Paulina had retired from working for the Johnson and Johnson pharmaceutical company and was a nurse's assistant.
In addition to her husband Alexandre, she is survived by 6 sons, Roberto, Nilton, Luis, Edson, Patrick, and Ruben, her daughter Sandra, 6 brothers, Jose Mendes, Luis Mendes, Nelson Delacth, Benjamin Delacth, Zedy (Jose Delacth), and Joao Mendes, 2 sisters, Madalena, and Ninicha (Leonilde Mendes), sister of the late Duca), her grandchildren, Destiny, Natalia, Nelissa, Kasey, Nilton, Nariah, Nekayla, Ailiny, Cameron, Luis Jr, and Kaisha.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street, Brockton MA on Sunday, August 3rd from 4-8 pm.
Viewing in the Portuguese Seventh Day Adventist Church, 127 N Quincy Street, Abington MA Monday, August 4th at 9 am. Funeral Services to follow at 10 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street, Brockton MA.
