In Loving Memory of Sarah Jane Hubauer (January 30, 1985 - July 5, 2025) With profound sorrow and grateful remembrance, we celebrate the life of Sarah Jane Hubauer, a cherished mother, daughter, niece, and friend, who entered Heaven on July 5, 2025.
Her life was a testament of love, laughter, creativity, and resilience, which will be remembered by the many lives she touched. A true nurturer at heart, Sarah had a gift for making people feel at home—often around her kitchen table, where the aroma of new recipes simmered with comfort and care. Cooking was more than a hobby; it was an adventure. Whether experimenting with a new recipe or spicing up a family dish, she turned everyday meals into memories.
Her zest for life radiated in all she did. A passionate believer in wellness and strength, she found joy in working out and staying active. From swimming at the Y, bicycling, and walking in the park, she embraced every opportunity to move and breathe deeply. Nature was her sanctuary, hiking the trails, days at the beach, or quiet moments under the stars were where she recharged her spirit and found peace.
Holidays were one of her favorite times of the year. She especially loved Christmas, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July and Halloween. She poured her heart into making each one magical, whether through decorations, hand-made crafts, or traditional foods. Sarah expressed her creativity and love of crafts through diamond painting, crochet, and painting. Her artistic soul was just another way for her to say “I love you”. More than anything, Sarah was a mother. Her children Andrew, Matthew and Riley were always in her heart. Her love for her children was a source of peace for her. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her, and may her beautiful soul rest in peace forever.
