Robert A. Siders (Bob), age 83, of Hanson, MA - affectionately known as Wes to many - passed away on July 1, 2025, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Born on December 31, 1941, in Boston, MA, Bob was the son of Walter and Stella (Zielinski) Siders (Sidorowicz).
He is survived by his devoted wife of more than 50 years, Vicki; his children, Margaret Callanan (Jimmy), Robert (Bob) Siders Jr. (Laurie), Mariusz (Marty) Wasilewski (Lynn), Denise Gouthro, Kimberly Kibbe (Adam); his Goddaughter, Dorothy Lynsky (Thomas); his beloved cat, Marty; and his sister, Barbara Sidorowicz. Bob deeply loved his grandchildren: Olivia, Ash, Annie, Rachel, Abby, Skylar, Bobby, Avery, Michael, Colby, and Samantha. Bob also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his siblings Walter (Sonny), Joanne, and Marilyn.
Bob proudly dedicated his entire professional life to Daniel’s Printing, where he was known for his strong work ethic, dependability, and unwavering commitment.
Visitation will be held on July 8th from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street in South Boston.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 pm in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 655 Dorchester Avenue in South Boston.
Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Dorchester (Neponset).
