Obituary

Judith “Judy” Kathryn (Hankinson) Fulmer, 71, of Clymer, PA was at her earthly home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, when she went to her eternal home to be with the Lord.

The daughter of Richard E. Hankinson and Wilda I. (States) Hankinson Lowman, she was born on June 12, 1954 in Indiana, PA.

Following high school graduation, Judy wed Edward G. Fulmer on October 20, 1973. They have shared fifty-one years of marriage together.

A woman with a profoundly deep, strong faith, Judy attended the Summit Church in Indiana, PA and loved worshipping with the congregation.

Prior to her retirement, Judy had worked as a housekeeper providing in home cleaning services to private residences.

Judy thoroughly loved spending time with her family at gatherings and picnics. Judy enjoyed spoiling her family with her home cooking. She had a special place in her heart for all of her beloved grandkids and great grandkids.

Watching the game show Wheel of Fortune was one of the highlights of Judy’s day. Two of her other favorite activities were dancing and going shopping. Judy had the wonderful stamina and energy to keep shopping, when others around were more than ready to call it a day.

Surviving are her loving family: her husband, Ed; her three children: Kimberly Keith and husband Erick of Houston, TX; Eddie Fulmer and wife Donna of Brush Valley, PA and Jeffrey Fulmer and wife Alvie May of Clymer, PA; her ten grandchildren: Deanna; Marina; Elizabeth; Erick, Jr.; Gabbie; Arizona; Evan; Emily; Zoey and baby Judith, who is expected in August and three great grandchildren: Grant; Amara and Dawson.

Also surviving are her four sisters: Diana Adams of Indiana, PA; Pat Fetterman of Indiana, PA; Bonnie Hinton of Hillsdale, PA and Jean Henry of Clymer, PA; her brother-in-law, Roland “Red” Pugh of Dixonville, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Thomas Lowman; her grandson, Levi Keith; her sister, Sandra Pugh and her brother-in-law, Robert Adams

Family and friends will be received from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA, where immediately following the visitation a 3:00 p.m. funeral service will be officiated by Pastor Dick Motzing. Interment will be in the New Life Lutheran Cemetery near Marion Center, PA.
