Nancy A. (Berselli) Alty, age 84, passed away on July 1, 2025 at the Agawam East Nursing Home. She was born on December 2, 1940 in Ludlow, daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Zani) Berselli. She worked as a transcriptionist for many years then retired from Dow Jones in 1994. She taught line dancing and square dancing for many years at local senior centers. Nancy moved to Hyde Park, VT and resided there for 22 years with her significant other Ralph Wiltshire, before moving to Agawam MA. She made many friends in the VT area who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her two daughters, Teresa MacKay of West Springfield and Pamela Purda and her husband Michael of Wilbraham; 1 son Thomas Bloomingdale of Fl; two sisters, Joanne Lyons of Holyoke and Carol Garcia of CT; 3 brothers Bobby, Richy, and Billy (deceased)three grandchildren, Heather Allen and her husband Jerry, Nicholas MacKay, Matthew Bloomingdale and his wife Desiree; four great grandchildren, Devin, Alexia, Matthew Jr. and Hayley along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025 from 4:00 – 6:00PM at the Grisé Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. A private burial will be held at a later date.
