ANDOVER - Paul G. Gibeault, 70, died Monday, June 23, 2025 in Lawrence General Hospital after an illness.
He leaves a sister and best friend, Donna M. Ekberg and her husband Richard of Dudley; a nephew, Joseph Ekberg and his girlfriend Adrienne of Connecticut; a niece, Ashley Ekberg of Dudley; cousins and many friends.
He was born on December 11,1954 in Aquadilla, Puerto Rico, the son of Gerard “Pete” and Claire (St.Amand) Gibeault and grew up in Dudley. He was a graduate of Bartlett High School in Webster.
Mr. Gibeault worked at the former Cranston Print Works Company in Webster for 15 years, retiring in 2002 due to illness.
A skilled oil painter, he exhibited his work at many art shows. He had an extensive collection of antique car models. He enjoyed spending time with his friends in Andover and looked forward to their Tuesday night dice games.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, Webster.
