LACONIA ---- Nancy Ann Allen, 80, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at her home.
She was born in Port St. Lucia, Florida, January 19,1945, the daughter of Felice Philip Contigiani and Charlotte (Wright) Contigiani Hamilton.
Nancy worked at the former LRGHospital for over 20 years as the head of registration and telecommunications. She then went on to head client services at Lakes Region Community Services for over 20 years.
Nancy was fortunate to found her soulmate when she met Edward Allen. The two were inseparable, traveling, motorcycling, and working together. They never had a harsh word or argument between them. Family was Nancy’s focus and love. She lovingly sewed clothing and Halloween costumes for all of the grandchildren. Each year she crafted special Christmas ornaments for each of her family members. She loved her Maltipoo, Nella, who went everywhere with Nancy. She and her best friend Bev enjoyed regular outings for dinner and socializing.
Family members include her son Edward (Wanda) Allen, Jr., grandchildren Christopher and Morganlynn Allen, and Ashley Aistrop; great-grandchildren, Samuel, Kayce, and Dutton Back, brother Anthony Contigiani, sister-in-law Mary Contigiani, and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Edward Allen, Sr., granddaughter Abigail Rose Nicole Back, and step-father Harry Hamilton.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. John Cemetery, Sanborn Road, Tilton, NH.
